Company Policy

  •  Appointment Scheduling:
    Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to secure their preferred time slot. Walk-in appointments may be accommodated based on availability, but priority is given to scheduled appointments.
  •  Cancellation Policy:
    Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show Policy:
    Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be subject to a no-show fee equivalent to the full service cost.
  •  Late Arrivals:
    Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for their services. In the event of a late arrival, every effort will be made to accommodate the appointment within the remaining time slot. However, please note that the full service fee will still apply.
  •  Child Policy:
    For the comfort and safety of all clients and staff, children are not permitted in the service areas unless they are receiving services themselves. Please make appropriate arrangements for childcare prior to your appointment.
  •  Pet Policy:
    With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted in the service areas. We kindly request that you make arrangements for pet care prior to your appointment.
  •  Confidentiality:
    Client privacy and confidentiality are paramount. Any personal information shared with us will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
  •  Feedback and Concerns:
    We value feedback from our clients and encourage open communication. Please feel free to share any concerns or feedback with us directly, and we will do our best to address them promptly and effectively.
  •  Compliance:
    We comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing our industry and adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
  •  Policy Acknowledgement:
    Clients are required to review and acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of our company policies upon scheduling appointments or receiving services.
  •  Policy Updates:
    Our company policies may be updated periodically to reflect changes in business practices or regulatory requirements. Clients will be notified of any updates and provided with the updated policy information.
